Structure:
Player A dribbles to halfway between the two cones before short grip hitting the ball to B. B receives, dribbles half way and short grip hit pass to C...etc.
Setup enough stations according to player numbers.

Essence:
Short grip Hit
Structure:
4 groups of players, A and B on one side, C and D on the other side. B pushes a soft ball diagonally into space. A runs behind the ball takes a touch and passes to D using the short grip hit. D takes the ball and pushes into space, C runs behind the ball takes a touch and short grip hits the ball to A. A now pushes the ball into space and B runs behind the ball, etc. A and B / C and D constantly exchange roles.
Pointers:
Footwork: the ball must not be placed in the correct position. The player has to move into the correct position. For hit and slap see 3-D photos.
Variation:
- The player may receive the ball, greater distance between A and B.
+ The ball is pushed harder into space, smaller distance between A and B.
+ The overhead can also be used in the exercise instead of the hit or slap.

Essence:
Shrot grip and normal hit
Structure:
Pass to the next diagonal cone and follow your pass. The ploayer recieves the ball on the outside of the cone takes a touch to the inside of the cone and then passes. the player on cone E takes a shot an djoin the beggining of the que.We are looking for accurate passing here as well as a good first touch. If the pass is scew the player who hit the ball falls out, if the receiver makes a mistake he falls out.
Pointers:
Make sure they have the correct grip
Feet and ball in the correct position
they following through with their weight
Soft hands for the first touch

+ Longer passes

Structure:
Player A passes to player B. As player B is receiving the ball, player C makes a lead towards the line, get feet around and receives the ball on his FH. Player C then dribbles towards the baseline, into the circle and makes a pass to player D who in turn has made a lead out wide before changing direction and coming towards the ball. Player D receives and takes a shot.
Pointers:
Move feet to ensure always receiving and passing on the FH.
Timing of the lead
Dynamic movements - change of pass, quick change of direction.

Structure:
Player A passes along the outside of the cones to player B. Player B receives, pulls the ball to the right and then passes on the outside of the cones to player A.
Cones to be setup 15m in lenth and 2m in width.
Setup enough stations for all players
Pointers:
Short grip hit only - technique
Receive ball away from feet
Keep the ball on the stick when pulling to the right.
Move feet to get into position for the pass.
Eyes up!!
Variations:
+ Pull to the left before passing
+ Increase tempo
+ Include an aerial lift before passing
