Gauntlet Practice (20 mins)
Practice for a minimum of 6 players - I would reduce the number of zones with fewer players.
Dribbling players (purple) get 20 footballs. They can choose how many they send out at any point (obviously the most they can go at any time is 6).
Each player that gets into the red zone they get 1 point.
Each player that gets into the green zone they get 3 points.
Each player that gets into the blue zone they get 5 points.
If they get out of the gauntlet they get 10 points.
If the blues win the ball and hit the goal the points then don't count - if the purples lose it they can try and win it back or force it out of play.
Defending Players are locked in to their zones but can change their formations after each go - they must have at least one player in each zone.
