Possession game:
Goal of team in possession is to pay together a set amount of passes before ball is transferred to opposite side.
Team in center are defending team.
To start they can send two players in, 3 players screen. Principles of defending appy, compact, organized, making play predictable, aggression
If ball won they get 1 point
Play for 90 seconds then switch teams around
Attacking team can look to drop players in to disturb the defenders but also lure defenders
