Set Up:
18 Players, 3 Zones
Organization:
Field allocation: 44W x 30L.
Field is divided into three zones. zones are smaller than the middle zone.
Progression Two even team
- + 2 Neutrals.
Set up 2 players of opposite white and blue on both ends of the 3 zones.
Depending on number 2 in each zone of opposite colors. if more players add neutrals in the middle
Instructions:
At least one player is to occupy per team is to occupy each of the three zones of the field.
No fixed positions, but ultimately the purpose is to have three floaters and players in each zone, plus neutrals.
The way to score is by passing the ball 10 times or getting the ball to each zone.
Coaching Points:
Receive with the furthest foot, pass with inside.

Method: 8 v 6 with Goalkeeper
Coaching Points:
Blue team to defend in the opposing players half.
To stop the defence coming out with the ball and pushing up the pitch in possession and transition into attack to score on the goalkeeper.

Organization
- Blues on the outside start with possession, while on the inside 6v3 on opposition Red Defends
If a Red is able to pressure their defending transition of the ball turning over the opposing colour that lost the ball becomes the defending opposition.
Coaching points
- Speed and accuracy of passes (back foot/front foot?)
- Ability to recieve on front foot and play forward - Recieve on half-turn - Receive on back foot
- Good communication habits - left/right shoulder turn
- Timing of runs from midfield - if they don't get it - spin away
- General awareness of midfield players - checking shoulders, first touch away from pressure etc.
