Obstacle Course - Olympic Relay (10 mins)
Organization: 5-7 races
- players split into 4 groups 3 (or 3 groups of 4)
Procedure:
- players race through 4 stages of the obstacle course, performing a variety of fundamental skills (i.e.: forward/backward running, skipping, hopping, bear crawls, frog jumps, lateral shuffles etc.)
Coaching Points:
- team competition, fun, ball control, motor development

Animal Dribbling (10 mins)
Show me what a turtle does( slow touches)? Show me what a cheetah does ( fast)? Show me what a rabbit does (med speed)?
Rabbit, Turtle, Cheetah (40x40 grid or larger), 5-7 mins
Coach yells the names of the above. (every 25-30 secs)
They will show the Coach -
Rabbit- jog dribble, turtle - slow dribbling, or cheetah speed dribbling.
Big toe, big toe, head up, small tight touches, longer touches for speed dribble into space, change of speed and direction
Progression to make harder
1. Shorten the grid
2. name out names quicker 10-15 secs

Soccer Golf (10 mins)
10-15 mins
Soccer Golf - MAKE SURE kids spread out and don't hit each other, CALL NAMES so then they can "kick".
Go around the field/park, and make a target to go to.
Could be a pole, post, lawnchair, goal, lines (anything you can go to)
See how many shots/passes it takes.
Just like Golf, go around 5-6 "holes"
Coaching Points - Shot - toe down, ankle locked, drive thru the ball
Pass - when close to the object (HOLE) - toe up, heel down, ankle locked

World Cup (10 mins)
Last 10 mins
Play World Cup to End - NO ELIMINATION, They just get points for goals
Throw balls out and every man for themself. When they score you throw a new ball in.
Kids will bunch up and run into each other and that's ok, FOR FUN!!!!
