Instructions:
- Players can first begin with grid shown on the left, having to dribble across the end-line to score. Then progress into grid on the right where they have to dribble through the gate to score
- Winners move up, losers move down
Coaching Points:
- As we receive the ball, what type of touch do we want to take to attack the space?
- With the defender in front of us, what type of touch are we taking? How can we beat them or get behind them?
- Once in open space how do we attack with the ball
- Cutting behind defender once past them
- Which foot do we attack? Why do we attack that foot?

Instructions:
- Taggers hold their ball and try and hit other peoples ball with theirs
- If tagged, players have to do ball mastery foundational movements before returning back into the game
- Play for 90 seconds and then rotate taggers

- Head up to identify pressure and open space
- How can we protect the ball while maintaining individual possession?
