Play starts with the red striker checking in to receive the ball from one of the two players underneath them.
The other two reds then run into the game to create a 3v2 situation against the two blue defenders.
The Red team attack the main goal with the Goalkeeper and attempt to score as quickly as possible.
The Blue team attempt to win the ball and score in the two mini goals in and around the half way line.
Once the 3v2 has ended with a goal, shot on target or a miss, the Blue player on the side of the field starts a new attack going the other way creating a 3v3 transitional moment.
Rotate players / teams every 3-4 minutes.

Overload Transition Game
Players play a normal match 6v6 format. The key to this game is when a ball goes out of play. Lets say the blue team kicks the ball out of bounds the player must chase that ball, in the meantime the red team can get a ball from any of the 8 cones on the side of the pitch and begin a new attack from that position. The player who chased the original ball must place that ball back on top of / next to the cone that was just used to start the new attack. Can the team take advantage of the numbers up situation while it lasts?
