A (group of 2) attacks a single defender and tries to score. 2v1. As soon as they shoot, they immediately become defenders.
B (group of 3) attacks group A and tries to score. 3v2. As soon as they shoot, they immediately become defenders.
C (group of 4) attacks group B and tries to score. 4v3. As soon as they shoot, you begin the progression again.

Balance between quick play to score quickly and patient play to use the numerical advantage

The coach plays a ball into the player in the box, that player takes a touch and makes a diagonal pass through one of the two gates to an outside runner and then joins the attack.

A center mid checks to the coach and receives a pass, turns and initiates an attack. The play continues until there is a shot on goal or the defense clears.
