Technical Warm up: 10 minutes
Each group will work at 1 minute intervals (1:1 Work to rest). Each player must jog into square, accelerate out.

Organization:
2 grids set up as 10x15yards(10x10). Both team have same number of players. Each player numbers themselves in 1-6. Players pass in sequential order. Both Sides are doing same thing. Coach plays balls in from side
Key Factors:
Quality of pass. Pace of pass.
Player's ability to open up to receive from previous number and play to other number.
Player's ability to position themselves to receive pass.
Change of direction
Change pace and direction of run
Restrictions:
PLAYERS CANNOT TURN WITH BALL.
PLAY THE WAY THEY ARE FACING.
Progressions:
Have players touch corner before coming back to receive pass. Touch opposite corner to change direction of runs forcing players to keep head up and know who is playing them and who they need to play to.
Have both sides change sides at the same time. ( watch for players who hang out in middle, have them receive deep in box to set up next runner).

Organization:
40 yards x full width. line on each flank, with a group of players in the middle. The middle group of players combine to make 3 passes and play deep into corner or on edge of 18 yard box. Flank player running onto the ball to take one touch to control and second to play in second 6(PK spot). Middle 3 players need to create different types of runs (near post, far post, central)
Key Factors:
Quality of combination in the middle.
Quality of pass to flank corner and cross to second 6
Timing of runs ( leave late arrive early)
Quality of finish
Progression:
Passes on ground
Crosses in the air
adding the weak side player to play

Pattern #1:
GK - RB, RB to CDM/RMF, RB to overlap and receive deep in Zone 4, RB to Cross into second 6.

Pattern #2:
CB to CAM, CAM to CDM, CDM to ST, ST can play wide MF player to cross into second 6, or can play CAM again for them to shoot or they can turn and shoot themselves.
