3v3 Forward High Pressing (50x44 grid)
Ball is served in to 3 defenders starting at the top of 18yd box. Blue is trying to play to their two targets near midfield. Red attackers are trying to press together, win the ball, and go to goal. Blue may NOT defend inside the 18yd box. One red supporting attacker acts as a 'blocker' against the two Blue targets in 5yd channel.
CPs: Getting quick pressure on the ball. Red attacking players defend together (hunt in packs).

(Progression) 6v5 press w/mid support (55x45 grid, 5yd blocker channel)
Pass to either 7,9,11 to start. They must dribble to goal and NOT pass. If possession is lost then quickly press to win it back and free play to goal as quick as possible. Blue defenders may NOT defend inside the 18yd box. There are 2 Blue targets with one Red 'blocker' near midfield.
CPs: Getting pressure on ball as soon as dispossessed. Midfield stepping up to take away next line of options and help support the quick play to goal once won.
