I. Players have to receive and pass the ball once before shooting on goal. Have to complete task in 6 seconds.
Coaching points: How can we go quicker? If partner has space in front of them, should you pass to feet or play it into space? How should you receive the ball? ("across your body", **please use this term so that we're consistent)
II. Have to interchange positions (overlap) once before taking a shot.
Coaching points: What are your cues to overlap player dribbling? (if they start dribbling diagonally towards you)

Crossing & Finishing. Groups of 4. *For U9 & U10, groups of 3, only work one side.
1) Striker drops into pocket to show for the ball
2) CM passes it to striker who lays it off for a wall pass back to CM
3) CM passes it wide to winger (before passing it out wide, add a deceptive fake to go one way and pass the other)
4) Striker and opposite winger make runs into box for near and far post. CM supports play at the top of 18 for cut back ball.
5) Winger crosses the ball.
As the ball goes wide, the next striker shows for the ball to go in the opposite direction
Coaching Points:
Can we add a bit of deception? Speed of play? When should you play one touch or two touch? What are the cues to make runs or check to ball?
