Play 5v5 with a neutral
Play starts with the coach serving a ball into the free zone. Any player can check into the free zone to receive the ball
Objective - to score in one of the two puggs and score more goal than your opponent in the allotted 3 minute round.
Coaching Points - using the 5 principals of attacking, ask players to make adjustments based on those principles

Regular Rules apply except for the scoring stipulations

Warm Up - Technical (start with two players per cone)
After a dynamic team warm up they will play a few rounds of rock, paper, scissors, chase
Technical Portion - make sure at least two players start on each cone. Players are to perform different cut backs in the work zone at maximum pace then play the ball across the grid to the next player in line
