Essence:
Introduction to lifting techniques
Structure:
Player A plays a lifted pass over the markers (not beams so that the drill can flow) to player B
Player B then lifts over the beams using a forehand lift
Once he the player has completed the 3 beams, they then have 1 attempt to put the ball inside the tyre and return to the beggining of the drill.

Pointers:
- Low body position
- Use their legs and not their arms to lift the ball
- Angle their stick a little to assist with the lift
Variations:
+ Left to right and then lift (both ways)
