Setup: Box setup in the middle of the pitch as the scoring zone

- Players pair up and are versing each other 1v1
- Attacker starts with the ball at the fence, defender starts at the box
- Attacker must stop the ball in the box to score a point
- Once a point is scored the attacker becomes the defender
- If the defender wins the ball they are now the attacker (continous play, restart only when point is scored)

Questions:
- How can the defender keep/force the attacker away from the box?
- When is the best time for the defender to try and win the ball?

Setup: Wide pitch game, scoring line setup 1m back from the fence. Pitch divided into 3 zones

- Attacking team must stop the ball over the line to score a point
- Defending team can only be in 2 of the zones at one time
- Scoring in the wide zone is worth double points

- Coach throws set number of balls into play (Less balls than players)
- If a player doesn't have a ball they are trying to win one off of another player
- If a player wins a ball it is now theirs, and they must protect it from other players trying to win it (game is continuous)
- Start rounds with different number of balls in play
