Set Up for all parts shown above:
Part A: (6-8 Minutes)
GK will start at the back marker, move to the marker in front, then move to defend the nearest gate and the farthest gate.
Progression: Add outside players for GK to look to pass and look to distribute after the final save
Part B:(6-8 Minutes)
GK will receive a straight pass from outside player, then play the ball back to the player. GK will then move to the other gate and handle a shot from the GKC
Progression: Can add a condition to play the ball out from the back on the shot, and find an open player after the pass *before moving*
Part C: (6-8 Minutes)
Introduction of movements during a cutback/cross. GK will pick a side receive a pass then defend the middle from a shot.
Progression: Can add a high ball from the sides, and a headed (bounced or direct ball in air) ball in and around the keeper. (keep in mind the expected areas of saving depending on the GK's age)

Set-Up seen above:
GK will start at the center of the goal. On coach's cue, GK will move to near post, set, and receive a pass and return with 2 touch pass. GK will then drop step *with the foot furthest from the post* and retreat to the GOAL LINE. (it is important that they reach the line). They will then receive a volley from the GK coach in the middle.
Progression 1:
1-touch pass instead of 2 touches on the ball
Optional Progression:
Incorporate volleys (instep and outstep) instead of 1 or 2 touch if needed.

Set-Up seen above:
GK will start in the center and move to the near post on command. GK will then receive a shot on deck from side server. GK will roll the ball back to server and be set before the ball reaches him.
Server will then play the ball into the box to the GK coach as the drop step and set on the goal line is made by the GK. *Make the GK coach service unpredictable.*
Progression 1:
Diving in the air instead of on the ground.
Progression 2:
Add playing out from the back after the final save
KEYNOTE: Make sure players don't pass the post when they set for the first shot. Always stay in between the posts.

End Practice strength:
Sit-ups for every goal scored collectively
Push-Ups for every goal scored collectively
If desired:
Do 45 sec rounds of flutter kicks with the ball pass through. 15 sec rest. However many times needed/ wanted.

GK will start off in the middle do two hops then shuffle to a side, GK will then shuffle back to the middle. Take two hops then shuffle the other way
GK will do 6 repetitions, for three sets
Part B:
GK will start off in the middle, shuffle one direction then accelerate toward the opposite direction to the far marker/cone.
GK will do 6 repetitions, for three sets
Part C:
GK will start off in the middle, perform two jumps then accelerate to any side desired.
GK will do 6 repetitions, for three sets
Part D:
GK will start off in the middle, perform two burpees with jump then accelerate to any side desired.
GK will do 6 repetitions, for three sets
Part D:
GK will start off on the ground, not using any assistance (arms, elbows, hands), GK will get up and sprint to a cone
