Organization:
-Set up in same area. Middle grid about 6 to 8 yards in width. Make smaller depending on the groups skill level
Instructions:
-Players each with a ball. One Go players will dribble through middle grid and perform Change of Direction move...any move they want to start. Once players are comfortable with game begin challanging them with V-Moves and Chops. Points are scored for one successful move in middle and going back and forth. Must stay with in cones.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- What is infront of you, can you go forward or need to change direction
- Get players to think, what they can do if thier is traffic infront of them.
- Why are we/you chaning direction? Because their is space elsewhere?
- How do we change direction? Breakdown technique of V-Move or chop i.e (Leading ball in one direction, pulling ball back towards body, excelerating into open space in differet direction with touch out of feet)
-Find players that are doing well or coming up woth great solutiuons, use them to motivate others.
Regressions/Progressions:
P- Add a player in middle going opposet way to do V-Moves
P-Defenders

-splitting players into two teams. One team goes horizontally and one goes laterally. See which team can perform the most moves
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Why do we pefrom this move, so we don't run into other players. Head up on swival scanning area
- What decide wether you can keep going forward vs. need to change direction based on space
- see what the players can do in the high traffic areas. are they perfomring moves in time and space, what creative ways are they figuring to get around.
Regressions/Progressions:
- Players in middle look to win ball and score on goals

Organization:
30x30 split in half
Instructions:
-Split area into two fields as shown above. 15 by 25/30. 3v3 to goal and gate
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Why are we chaning direction? Defenders stopped way to penetrate
- What, deciding to change direction based on space that is available
- Can we let the players play to figure out ideas and ways to score and or change direction.
- When, theirs no space to continue. find another way

Organization:
-Wider then long
Instructions:
-Players will split into 4v4 or 3v3 or plit into two fields if numbers are high or low. 3pts for scoring in gate and 1 point for scoring in pug goal. Help increase decision making risk vs reward, when do we decide to go in different Direction.
Coaching Points:
- Encourage players to Change Direction. If one way is blocked what can we do?
- How can we change the way we are going? Perform V-Move or any given move.
- When would we Change our Direction? When the defenders block area or their is no space.
- Make sure we find moments to coach technique..Break down what happen and paint picture.
- Note players for performing a move, ecourage vs. discourage (Most players know when they messed up, can we find moments where they glow)
Progressions:
R- Add Build out line
P- Add grids, attacking team must be in 2 grids or more when they score.

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
- 30x30 each player with a ball
Instructions:
-Players will score point by a variety of dfferent moves. Players can score points by finding gaps. Free moves to start to get players warm. after a few minutes players score points by performing Change of Direction move.
Coaching Points:
- What to decide to keep dribbling forward or to change direction based on space.
- Why because we have no space in one direction can we find space going different direction
- Can we find space by getting our head up
- Excelerate into space (Next Action)
