Organization: 3+1N v2 in smaller square > 5+1N v 3 in bigger square
Duration: 4 Blocks of 2 mins. Switch Roles after each round
Grid: Big Square 15 x 15; small square 8x8
Rules: Players in their designated area cannot leave or enter another area (i.e. 4 players (black) cannot enter small square or leave big square)
- Passes have to always cross the square they are playing around of.
- Game starts with 3+1N v 2 where players outside small grid try to keep possession vs 2 reds. Same condition as 4v2 Rondo (2 touch hips open or 1 touch)
Once the 2 win it, they can play the 3 + 1N on the outside with same rules.
- 2 touch if receiving hips open, if not 1 touch
Scoring: 1 pt if team connects 10 passes, can add if defender gets split 1 pt for attacking team.
