How to Play
Reds play a normal Rondo, from the outside lines of the box.
The defenders stay in for a set period.
Once the outside player has made a pass they have to sprint to the other box.
Players must keep moving around to make sure there is a player on each side of the square.

Organisation
Organise groups into 5/6 per group.
To start Player A passes to Player D who then sets the ball to player B (Who should curl his run). Player B then passes to Player C. Who then passes to next person waiting. Player rotate clockwise.
Do this for 5 minutes where every one has a turn at each point.

Drill Objective(s)
Develop the ability to maintain possession in a high-tempo environment.
Develop forward runs.
Develop 3rd man runs.
Develop switching play.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Players attempt to maintain possession usign their team-mates.
Play 2 touch (dependent on ability, 3 is also fine)
Goals are scored by passing the ball through a corner gate goal to another team member of the attacking team and is then successfully passed to a team-mate.
1 minute break inbetween.
KEY COACHING POINTS:
Provide good supporting angles when in possession.
3rd man runs to support the player receiving the pass through the gate goal.
Switch play to expoit space to allow space for the 3-man passing combination.
Limited touches to facilitate fast play.
Awareness to recognize space to attack a gate.
Progressions
Require a specific combination (Link-Up play) before a goal can be scored (1-2, Take-Over, overlap).
Pass through the gate goal must be followed by a one touch pass to the third man runner.
