5v3 plus 1 rondo - aim is to build play before eventually looking to play ball into support player centrally - only he can switch play to other side - central man always looking for angles of support
Objectives - angles to receive/support, pace of play - keep ball moving, how quickly can we get ball from one side to the other?

4v4 with 4 on outside - 6 passes before team in possession can score on a one touch finish into either goal. Progression: when play goes to an outside man, it must come back into a different player to encourage that quick support.
Conditions - all in, outside 2 touch, one touch finish
Objectives: width and depth - deep support
Angles & distances - short distances to entice the opposition on.
passing - high quality with high accuracy
draw opposition in to play into further spaces
T2D - recover to protect central areas (goal)

in possession - 1 -2-2-1
number 4 & 5 hold positions
Number 6 support inside to leave wide lanes
Nearest mid to ball wide support
other cm on opposite side behind opposition cm to attack in different spaces
number 9 - play ball side & be in front & away from the opposition CB
7/11 can come inside after receiving

begin, dribble towards opposite end of the area, runner from opposite side should meet player with ball halfway for a takeover for them to dribble home. Progress to dribble in and pass out on 0 touches (soft touches from dribbler)
patterns - ball goes to the left to start, follow your pass every time - ball goes to player one, who sets passer to then play into player 2 who makes angle of support - he takes it back foot and plays forward. Ball played back in and repeated down the other side.
