For the main phase of the open day we will have some stations.
They will be set up at the indicated positions. and have 4 to 6 players per station depending on turn up
Start about 16:30 ish
This will be 30-40 minutes in total

passes in 3, 5 or 7 m distance depending on what you are comfortable with.
To play a simple pass you want to be low standing sideways to the ball (positioned in the height of the left foot).
while keeping contact with the ball you push the stick forwards towards another player.
To receive the ball you go deep in the knees and place the stick slightlz angled on the floor. (as no high balls are allowed)
After receiving the ball you move around it to get into the position to pass yourself and the first plazer receives the ball.
If comfortable you can increase the speed and distance, or use the sideboard for your passes
Equipment: 4 balls, 4 cones, 4 sticks

hold the stick with the left hand on the upper part of the grip band , the right hand further down assisting the left hand.
walk/run forward with the ball and carry the ball along the cones. turn around on the lat cone and walk back.
progression: Walk through the cones, try to keep the ball connected to the forehand stick all the time
2nd progression: walk through the cones using dribbling (left -right) be aware that the round side of the stick cannot be used.

2 vs 2
sideboard count as goal, only defense players allowed behind green line.
don't hit (other players or the ball), don't play high balls and don't touch the ball with feet.
equipment 4 cones, 1 or two balls.

1 vs 1:
red player can score in the small goal (1 point) or the wider one (2 points).
blue player trys to keep the red player from scoring if not avoidable preferer the small goal.
switch the defender after 2 attacks, attacker can switch each time if more than 2 players are at the station

play passes down the line/ use the sideboard.
control the ball and play it in the middle.
take a shot on goal against the goalkeeper
Follow the ball after each pass, go back to start after taking the shot.
Equipment: several balls, 3 cones for positioning

Depending on the player number we will play 5 vs 5 matches for the last ca. 45 minutes.
5 minute games, each team plays at least once against each other team, actual format to be decided by number of players

stand in a circle. pass a ball to someone you know, and say a word about them
If you don't know someone ask a question and pass it to someone who can give an positive answer for example: Is there someone here that studies? Wasn't born in Norway/ speaks 5 languages?
warmup game 2:
keep your ball in the D
2/3 players without a stick 4-6 players without a ball rest with balls.
persons without a ball try to steal it from the once that have a ball- Persons without a stick try to get a stick by tipping on the shoulder of someone without a ball
