Screen 1 (15 mins)

Set up: 4 cones place approximately 20 yards apart. 8 players per square (4 on the outside w/o a ball, 4 on the inside w/ a ball).

Instruction: Players on the inside of the square dribble their ball and find a player on the outside to pass to. Once player passes to the player on the outside, movement is made to open space to receive the ball being played back to them from the player on the outside. After 2-3 minutes players switch roles.

Progression: Two touch, two touch with weaker foot, One touch, Player on outside receives the ball and dribbles into the play and player on inside resumes role on the outside.

Screen 2 (15 mins)

Set up: 4 cones place approximately 10 yards apart. 5 players per square.

Instruction: Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 and then follows his/her pass. Player 2 receives the ball with the front foot and then plays to player 3.

Progression: Go from clockwise to counter clockwise. Make it more difficult: Add 2 balls, one at each corner.
