⚽Practice Organization

• This a agility run and quickness test able to evaluate player's skill on variating between different speed conditions, movement fluctuations  and decelerations
• Players starts his run when he listens to the expected notification sound(beep)
• Player executes a fast run towards the cone and then moves quickly around it, thereafter has to sprint back to the line of the 4 cones and slalom between them as quickly and agile as possible. At the top has to redo the same movement but vise-versa and by the time player reaches again the initial cone, sprints to the very top right cone and eventually finalizes his try by moving around the cone and sprinting over the termination time gate  

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Coach Provides vocal instructions during each player's try
• Quick feet are required  during the slalom
• Players have to adapt and variate his running speed with accelerations and decelerations
• We expect the players to make deep and single directional Change of direction at every corner( left-right top cones) 
• Provide technical executions details but not instructions, remember this is an agility test which requires space awareness and fast decision from the players(do not hinder it)
• Do not let many players to observe the testing procedure(increased time to familiarize with the test-possible flawed results)
