Organization:
Use 6 cones to make two 10x10 boxes, as shown. One player on each line (7 total), one defender in each box.
Instructions:
Task is to play from one end target player to the other for a point. Play must pass through the central midfielder on the middle line. If a defender wins it back he can play quickly to an end target player and then switch with the player who lost the ball.

Middle player checks wide, receives pass and then plays to third-line player who dribbles to the start. Can add variations: do a move when you dribble back; play a 1-2 with the middle player, etc.
