Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Technical Circle to shift to score to 7v7

Simple Circle (20 mins)

Simple circle

Set 2 even teams up, team 1 and team 2.

1. Team 1 on outside of circle will pass ball in with feet, team 2 finds player who has a ball and is free, receives pass, and one touches back to them. Swap after 30 secs work.

2. Team 1 on outside of circle will pass ball in with feet, team 2 must approach at an angle, receive ball, turn and then go pass to someone on outside of circle without ball. They then go and find another outside player with a ball. Swap after 30 secs.

3. Team 1 on outside of circle has ball in hands, team 2 volley back. Swap after 30 secs.

4. Thigh, pass back

5. Chest, pass back

6. Header

7. Any of the above

Shift to score (20 mins)

Team 1 attacks goals A and B (mini goals).

Team 2 opposite.

Teams can only score in the goal once all teammates are within the same zone or zone next. Eg. if a player wants to shoot on goal A, all of their teammates must be in zone 1 or 2, if there is one in 3 when the player is played then goal does not count and opposition start with ball on endline.
