Organization:

Instructions:
- Goalkeepers move throughout the area bouncing and catching the ball
- Periodically, they roll the ball out in front of them and run up to it and scoop it up
Coaching Points:
- Get in line with and have body behind the ball
- Attack the ball
- Get low and feet set (runner's stance)
- Hands under the ball (wrists together)
- Secure the ball to body
- Keep momentum going forward
Progressions:
- Roll the ball to another Goalkeeper

Instructions:
- Goalkeeprs start by standing on the endline between the goals, as ball is played, goalkeeper must attack the ball and make the save in front of the poles/cones.
(Ground Scoop)
(Basket Catch)
- Goalkeeper rolls (distribution) the ball back to the next shooter.
- Shooter moves to the back of the goalkeeper line, and goalkeeper moves to the shooting line.
