Interchange

Pressing 2

• Closest Person to press ball to where help is (to the side or where their is no deficit)
• Travel when ball travels get there as ball does-Cannot wait until it is received-Look to win it.
• Midfield must be tight ball side
• Flood zones with defenders
• Never be more than 2 zones away from ball

Corner Kick

• Player 1 Haylee should be in front of keeper. Will draw defenders and responsibility is to prevent the goalkeeper from coming out to claim the ball by staying close to goal. Careful not to foul. Attack any loose balls in 6 yard box or rebounds.
  
• Players 2-5 line up straight across the PK spot around the penalty spot and make runs once the corner taker is about to put in the cross.
• Player 2 Ari makes a run to near post run and can also flick on the ball if the delivery is too short.
• Player 3 Sam makes a crisscrossing run with player 4 and goes towards back post. This draws the defenders to either side of the goal and opens up space directly in front of the keeper.
• Player 4 MK makes a crisscrossing run with player 3 and goes towards near post.  This draws the defenders to either side of the goal and opens up space directly in front of the keeper.
• Player 5 Quinn makes deeper run at the back post behind player 3 and can also challenge in the air if the cross goes too deep.  Send back across.
  
• Player 6- Maci/Carrie is knock down, will stay top of box
• Player 7 Kaya will come from deep position behind player 6 and attack the space cleared out by 4 runners.
• Player 8 and 9 Blake and Alex plan for the counter and steps to delay while teammates recover. Front and back of opponent.  If other team has 2 front runners call back Carrie or Maci
  
• Player 10 Carrie/Maci service to near post or top of 6 yard box-PK spot with a driven ball.
