Organization; split into U9 and U8 teams, limit to 4 players a lane
Duration: 10 minutes
Instruction: Set up the cones as shown, 10m to the yellow, another 10m to the pylon.
Start with side shuffles fwd, in and out between cones, around the pylon and side shuffles back, in and out to start. 5xs. The next player in line goes when the player ahead reaches the yellow cone.
Next sprint to yellow gate, bkwd to red, sprint to next yellow, bkwd to red, sprint around pylon and back to start.

Instruction-
Player A passes into red and yellow box to player B, makes 5 controlled passes ( ball to feet, 2 touch keeping the ball inside the box).
Player B backs up into the next box to receive 5 more controlled passes
Player B Switches with player A and repeats
Run 2xs,switch feet and repeat 2xs, then compete.
Progression-
Players from line 1 and 2 play A-A, B-B.... making diagonal fwd passes

U8's- 4v4 game, or 4v5
U9s
7v7 game. Normal rules for restarts, adjust team sizes as needed.
Coaching Points-
Encourage players to look for teammates in space to pass to
Keep players in position to avoid herding together
Allow free play for the final 5-10 minutes (minimal interruptions)
