Organization:
1. Attackin team(Maroon): Blue target as a DM, CM, CAM, LW, RW, CF
2. Defending team( White): Yellow GK, CB, LB, RB, DM, CM
Instructions:
1. Defending team looks to play out of the back and score on small goals out wide (representing wide players).
2. Attacking players look to score on big goal
Coaching Points:
1. Playing wide with supporting players.
2. Keeping possession until finding gaps for pentratino and scoring opportunities
3. Quality of pass and first touch
4. Quality of shoot on goal
5. Quick transition when the ball in won

Organization:
Set up 5v5 plus GKs as shown.
Instructions:
Blues set up in a 1-2-2-1 formation.
Yellows set up in a 1-2-1-2 formation.
Free play with no restrictions.
Coaching Points/Questions:
1. Rotation - Rotation to create space to receive or to also create space for your team mate to receive the ball, doing this will unbalance the defender(s) and the defending team.
2. Width and depth - Players should make the pitch big by going high and wide. Forwards should stretch the pitch which will create space in the middle for players to come into.
3. Quick passing combinations - Combination can only be performed if there is good movement off the ball. Players should be able to play 1 or 2 touches and understand where the space is after they have made the pass so that they can look to receive the ball back.

Instructions:
Simple keepaway with one defender in the middle. Players score points by dribbling to the side across from them. The defender scores points by winning the ball and dribble out of the box under control.
