Numbers
-Number the kids depending on how many there are i.e. if 8 kids, number them 1-8.
-Everyone begins by dribbling in the area.
-When coach calls your number, you must perform a skill at a RED cone first and then perform a 1-2 with the coach (standing only a couple metres away from him). The coach will expect you to communicate with him using your voice and also hands to let him know where you are and where you want to ball.
RED= Inside Shuffles
BLUE= Inside/Outside Cuts

Organisation
-Split everyone in teams of 3
-Allocate teams to either Red, Blue or Yellow- each team working on different phases of passing and receiving (this is displayed by the RED marker labelled A, B or C)
-1 passer: Oscar (in blue) and 2 people dribbling: Neymar, one at a time
Description
-First Neymar will perform a 1-2 pass with Oscar before then performing a skill at the orange cone.
-After the skill, return back to the beginning.
-Rotate players' roles after 1-2 mins and rotate teams after 3-4 mins.
RED= Shoulder Feint
BLUE= Step Over
YELLOW= Any Skill!
Progressions
1) Make all 3 stations the same now & add freestyle zone after completing skills- players have 10 seconds do practice what they like i.e. these skills, knew skills, kick ups etc. before returning to the beginning.
2) After 2 mins, replace the freestyle zone with goals, so players can recap on last week's finishing (shooting) & replace orange cone with Defender (make Attackers V Defenders).
