Team Task. - Can we work the ball getting it to the wing player.Rules. Time - 15minthe 3 players combine to pass the defender who does not retreat, and the work the ball wide. Wide player then decides to find a teammate or go alone to score with the defender trying to stop them. Offside rule applies.
Progression 1 - The 1st defender now retreats when passed to offer defence cover
Progression 2 another defender is added tot he CB role
Can you take your first touch towards goal?
Can you communicate with your hands where you want the ball?
Can you pull away to give the winger more space?
Can you drive the ball if the defender sits off?

Time 20minPlay begins with coach at halfway. offence try to score scoring 1 point, 3 points if a winger creates the opportunity. Defence try to win the ball and play it between the cones or to the coach. 1 point for a air pass. 2 points for a ground passFormation Defence - 4-3
