Session Area - 10 x 10 Yard area x 4
Set Up - Players split into 4 take it in turns to practice a set of turns given to them. No pressure is put on players, giving them lots of turns to master the skill.

Challenges
One player every 45 secs acts as a passive defender progressing the activity to limited pressure.

Session Area - 20 x 20 yard x 2, 2 goals at one end, 5 yard shooting zone.
Set Up - First player runs with the ball at speed and shoots at goal in front of them once in 5 yard shooting zone. As soon as that player has shot, the first player in the other line runs with the ball and tries to get to the shooting zone before player in first group can get across to tackle. Repeat the cycle.

Challenges
Progress it into can shoot in either goal, therefore having to use skill aswell as speed to get past defender.

Session Area - 10 x 10 Yard x 4, 2 gates as goals, 2 players either end of corners.
Set Up - The first blue player will play a good pass into first red player who will then look to score a point by running with the ball through one of the two gates. The roles will then be reversed. Change the pairings every 5 mins. Objective is to get to the gates using speed but if speed is unsuccesful then skill they have been practising earlier in session is to be used.

Session Area - 30 x 20 Yard pitch with 1 goal at each end.
Set Up - Players play 4 v4 with little interference from coaches. Encourage them to use the changes of direction they have learnt earlier in practice and encourage speed with the ball.
Challenges - When someone has a shot they have to run around the goal making it 4v3 for a short time. If the team with 4 can score with a fast break attack they get awarded 3 goals.

Set Up - Players take it in turns in 2s to go from one side of the square to the other using various parts of the foot. As soon as they have reached other side, other 2 players start and this sequence continues.
