Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)

Practice starts with pink behind goal. Pink A plays a 1-2 with pink B and strikes at goal. soon as the ball become dead, the player who has just had the shot defends a 2v1 from blue C and blue D

When that ball becomes dead another pink will roll ball out to pink B and try and score opposite goal 3v2 then this continues the cycle of blue then pink all the way until it becomes a 5 v 4 to which then the practice finishes.

 4x4 minute blocks

1 point for goal 

2 points for goal underloaded
