Shape Work & Set Pieces
Description: Players will play 11v11 on a full sized pitch where we will work as a team to go through roles and phases of play as a team. Both teams playing our shape, a (1-4-1-4-1) or realistically a (1-4-5-1)

2) Plan A kickouts
3) Throw ins (Defensive half) (Attaking half)
4) Short free kicks (Defensive half, halfway line)
5) Corners ( Attacking)

1) Midfield 3 - Rotations & Pressing
2) Wingers - Movement in behind & Defensive duties
3) Strikers - Combination play and defensive work
4) Full backs - Ovelapping and "In to come out"
5) Centre Backs - When to play, when to hit channell, pressing and covering
6) Goalkeeprs, starting attacks
Set pieces:
1) Short free kicks (Defensive half ) (Halfway line)
2) Corner kicks (Attacking)
3) Throw ins - Small game work with triggers

Free kicks - Halfway line
Trigger - Whistle blown by ref
1 -GK : Edge of box or up a few yards
2 -Right Full : Tucks in beside full back
3 - Left Full : Runs in behind as the ball travels
4 - Centre half : Coverng centre half stays in line with the covering full back
5 - Centre half (Free kick tacker), If 9 is on play it directly in. If not play it into an attacking mid (8,10) and if nothing else on play it to 6
6 - Defensive mid : As the whistle blows arc into a diagonal pocket to switch to the running full back.
7 - Start tucked in and arc your movement out wide as the whistle is blown, provide width
8 - Attacking mid : Start run from deep and try to recieve on the half turn
9 - Centre Forward : Start between the centre halfs peel off to one side and then move into feet
10 - Attacking midfielder : Start run from deep and try to recieve on the half turn to play forward
11 - Winger : Start tucked in and arc your movement out wide as the whistle is blown, provide width

Corner 1 - Short to create an overload or deep delivery
Trigger - Whistle blow
1 - GK : Edge of box or can creep further
2 - Right Full : Back post run to head back across goal if cross is overhit
3 - Left Full: Nearest post to the ball, show for feet and spin out to create a triangle for 3v2
4 - Centre Half : Running into the space that 5&8 leave and attack to send ball goalward
5 - Centre Half : A false run, as the ball is bounced, rotate with 4&6
6 - Defensive Mid : Running into the space that 5&8 leave and attack to send ball goalward
7 - Right Winger : Sit back and stop counder attacks
8 - Attacking Midfielder : A false run, as the ball is bounced, rotate with 4&6, stay on edge to shoot
9 - Centre forward - Furthest post from the goal, run as soon as the front post man takes off, bounce the ball into the shaded zone
10 - Attacking midfielder : On the corner, have 3 options, the 3, back post delivery or if it opens up, drive and shoot
11 - Left Winger : Sit back for the corner and mark heir centre forward 1v1

Description: Firstly, players are working multi D inside the square, no dynamc warm up. Players will be making game related movements to prepare muscles for the session ahead.
RAMP will be a 3 team possession game, with 1 team on the outside with 2 touch max and players in the middle workig to come in to come out in their method of possession.
