Organization:
12 players ( 6 white, 6 Blue)
Players work in pairs, set up as shown
1 ball per pair
Instructions:
Players work in groups of two
Passing the ball to each other
On the 3rd pass one of the players stops the ball with the sole of their foot the other player must close that side down
Pressing player then returns to their starting position the group start to pass again

Attacking player dribbles as the defender now jockeys
Defending player can look to toe poke away if attackers touch is out of their body

Organization:
Channels with center goal in each
4 players in each channel - 2 at either end
One group of two with ball
Instructions:
Player starting with ball makes pass across to attacker
On pass or attackers first touch defender can go and close down
Defender get a point for forcing attacker out & can score by winning ball and scoring in goal
Attackers are trying to score in the goal
