Organization
set up 3 zones
all 3 zones 10yards
Two goals in the corners at one end and a line of cones at the top of the defensive 3rd.
2 Target players outside the grid.
2 yellow and 4 blue in the 1st 3rd
4 yellow in the defensice 3rd.
Instructions
Target player plays into blue.
Blue must complete 3 pasess before they can break into middle 3rd.
Back 4 of yellows must then step to defend in the middle 3rd.
Blue get 2pts if they can keep the ball and get over the line into the defensive zone or 1pt if they can score (from either the middle zone or after they are in the defensive zone)
Yellow get 1pt if the can win the ball and play target player.

coach plays first pass into player A
Player A takes touch to the right playes pass to player B while player C puts pressure on player A. Player A moves to left manikin after passs.
Player B repeats by playing right and moving left and Player D reads trigger and presses Player B.
