Organization:
2 Players, 1 Ball
Instructions:
- Players must succesfully send a long driven pass to the opponent's/teammate box. This means the ball has to enter the box.
- Can be a competition against each other or working together to add up points for every succesful pass.
Coaching Points:
-Approach ball at an angle
-Strike behind and sightly under
-Strike the ball with the knuckle of the big toe.

Organization:
4 v 4 (inside the grid: 30 x 30 yd)
2 "target" players each on either flanks.
Instructions:
Players in the grid must utilize combination play with the players along the flanks in order to maintain possession.
The players inside the grid AND the target players may "switch the field of play" by any means (i.e., cross, pass, low driven pass, etc.).
Coaching Points:
Recognize growing pressure and therefore the neccesity of "switching the point of play/attack" to maintain POSSESSION and more importanlty to potentially create a NUMERICAL ADVANTAGE as the opposition players are out of position.
Progressions:
- Players in the flanks cannot defend one another
- Players in the flanks CAN defend and apply pressure.
