Organization: 4 v 4 + 4 bumpers, two goals back to back at half
Instruction: Teams play w/ bumpers to score on goal by transitioning to the opposite field. Ball must be played to opposite end bumper before crossing half. When defensive team wins ball, use sideline bumpers to transition ball to other side
*Coach feeds ball into game after a goal is scored.
Progression: Bumpers receive ball, can now join on the field. Passer switches place w/ exiting bumper.
Coaching Points: Movement off the ball, passing technique, speed of play, weight of pass, communication, decision making

4 v 2 Transition Game:
Organization: Split players into two teams, two goals
Instruction: 4 players attack on 2 defensive players, after shot > defensive team (black) attacks with 4 players and red team brings on next two defensive players. After black team shoots, red team attacks with 4 players.

- Movement off the ball, accurate passing, transition quickly, communication

Warm-ups:
1. Line jogging w/ dynamic stretching
Conditioning:
Exercise 1: Ladders > Step Through Each Foot > Shuffle One-In-One Out > Two Feet In-n-Out > Right Foot Only > Left Foot Only > Face Sideways Two Feet In-Out > Hop – at end of ladders sprint to cones and shuffle through set of four cones – jog back. Repeat 4 times.
Exercise 2: (Groups of 2)
- Round 1: Player 1 Sprints 3 times (Touch end line 3 times), Player 2 Jump Squats. Switch.
- Round 2: Player 1 Sprints, Player 2 Sit-ups. Switch.
- Round 3: Player 1 Sprints, Player 2 Mtn Climbers. Switch.
- Round 4: Player 1 Sprints, Player 2 Push-ups. Switch

- 1st Instruction: 1st – toe touches to middle pass to next player, 2nd – Rake R/L then pass, 3rd -- boxers (3 times)
- 2nd Instruction: dribble to opposite end, "high wave" in the middle, pass to player, repeat (3 times)
- 3rd Instruction: dribble to middle cone, play wall pass w/ player, next player dribbles to middle cone and plays wall pass (Repeat), one touch passes
