Set Up
-set up lines as above in groups of 3, if works out to be un even add a fourth player to any of the lines.
-8-10 cones
Drill 1
- players are just dribbling the ball acrros to there teamate.
-1st part dribble close to your body, lots of touches, use laces
Variation 1
-RWB medium touches in front of you and do it quickly
Drill 2
- player dribbles the ball to the middle and makes a passs to orange player and then follows his pass to the end of the line
-a little sprint to the back of the line
- positive first touch forward, quality passes, using inside of the foot to pass and control the ball, pass the ball focusing on the middle of the ball.
Drill 3
-ball starts with the player in the middle, makes a pass out to blue player he then supports blue player to get a pass back. Receive the ball with your back foot, good first touch forward and then continue to other side passing to orange player.
-receive ball using back foot, positive first touch forward, quality passes, using inside of the foot to pass and control the ball, pass the ball focusing on the middle of the ball.
-work for 60 seconds then switch the player in the middle
Drill 4
-ball starts with the player in the middle, makes a pass out to blue player, he then runs around the blue player, (overlap) blue player plays a pass infront of him. Blue player controls the ball and dribbles across to orange player and does the same.
-work for 60 seconds then switch the player in the middle.

Set Up,
-8 cones, 4 blue, 2 red, 2 yellow
-set up cones about 10-12 yards apart from each other
-goals are 2 yards apart
Drill
-1vs1
-player A passes to player B. Player B becomes the attacker and Player A is the defender. Player B uses his 1vs1 moves to score on one of either the blue goals or red goals. the goals.
-switch every 5-7 minutes
