Aim:
- Improve WE 3-4 dribbling/turning and shooting around the box
Organization:
- 5v5 + GKs
- Players must stay in their half of field
- Keepers must shoot first time
Coaching Points:
- Take lots of shots
- Move ball quickly
- Open up body
- Shoot with laces
- Get shot on target
- Follow up on shot
Progressions / Variations:
- Player who passes into next zone can step in to create 3v3
- Double points for scoring with weak foot
- Double points for scoring first time
- Double points for scoring in own half

- 5v5 +1 (or 5v5 +2 depending on numbers)
- Both teams scoring on goal
- 4 minutes work, 2 minutes rest
Coaching Points:
- When you have a chance, shoot
- Find and use 1v1s and try to beat players in attacking half
- Follow up shots

We 3-4 Dribbling & Shooting warm up (25 mins)
Aim:
- Improve WE 3-4 dribbling/turning and shooting around the box
- Warm up to improve the technique of shooting while dribbling
Organization:
- One side dribbles over the halfway line, as soon as they get to the halfway line they are able to shoot on the goal
- Once the opponent gets halfway, the other side can start dribbling to get over the halfway line and shoot
- As soon as you have shot transition to put pressure on the other team
Coaching Points:
- Dribbling quickly
- Shooting where the keeper isn't
- Quick transition upon losing the ball
Progressions / Variations:
