Team in a 4-3-3 shape
Cones throughout defensive half of the pitch, each assigned a number
Instructions
Progression 1
No soccer balls
Coach calls number = team moves as if opponent has the ball at that cone
Stop after each time to adjust players and explain why
Progression 2
Same as above, but now 3 coaches pass a ball from cone to cone
As players succeed, pick up the speed of ball movement to challenge them

Players dribble + pass to an open player, then complete 10sec. of the following exercises:
- partner shuffle
- shoulder bump
- squat jumps
- heiden jumps
- bounding
- sprint 10 + back 5
(alternating between 1min. of each exercise & 1min. player's choice dynamic stretch)
then, complete 3 sets of:
- plank x15sec
- side plank x15sec/
