INTRO:
-players have “kamikaze” dribbling time or “Juggling time” to warm-up, Coach call one of the moves below, and players need to do it for 1 Min.
Focus:
- Scissors - both feet
- Pull/Push Inside - both feet
-Inside/outside cut- Dribble Cut - both feet
-Sole Rolls- Roll Overs - Coerver
Coaching Points:
Keep the ball close to your feet
Small touches
Practice with the inside, outside, left and right foot
(Speed/Space vs. Control/Crowded), ensure players are constantly moving - not standing staring - getting a lot of touches on the ball.

NT: After 10 Second, coach will call change and players will switch with other 6 players who's outside.
