Organization:
As shown, adjust the grid to level/age/skill.
Instructions:
Players must dribble to the diamond (dummy/defender) in the middle of the field and perform a move (inside outside, scissors, etc) before shooting. After the player has shot the ball, they must chase their ball and go to the other lane to continue the pattern.
Rotate the side to promote shooting with the right and left foot.
Timed games 3-4 mins, rotate GK every round.
Coaching Points/Questions:
What parts of the foot can be used to strike the ball? Power or placement (laces vs inside/outside of foot)? Awareness of where the goalie stands. Pick a side.
P: Divide the field into 2 halves. 3 points for scoring before the midline and 1 point for scoring past the midline. How do we want to shoot if we are far/near? What part of the foot do we want to use?

Organization: As shown. Adjust if needed to level/age/skill.
Instructions:
1v1. The first player will shoot the ball with no pressure. After they shoot the ball, they are to defend the player from the other lane. If the defender wins the ball, he can score on opposite goal. After the attacking player plays (either he scores or loses the ball) he becomes the next defender for the next attacker coming from the other lane. (Shooting pattern, A-B-A-B, etc)
