-two teams race to score 5 goals first
-players must dribble through cones and chip the ball over the small goals to their team mate
-team mate must score on full volley or with head (one touch finish)
-player who chipped the ball takes turn to become the scorer
Learnings:
-dribbling skills, two feet through the cones with close ball control
-chipping skill, leaning back and getting elevation on the ball
-chipping with accuracy
-one touch volleying into a small target
