Teams must complete 3 passes before clearing to the 8/10 players in the middle 3rd, they can then try to advance to goal. If stolen by defending team same rules to advance back up the field. Defending players (2/3/4) must stay in their zone. 6 may advance to defend middle 3rd.
Rotate so all players get a chance to defend/attack.
