Various numbers can be used in this example white players are servers.Three attacks from wide then central areas . Middle white player plays wide to (1) for wide player in un apposed channel to produce cross into box for yellows to defend v blue players. Straight after attack finishes number 2 blue drops out into channel on other side of pitch to repeat attack on other side of pitch.Finally third attack starts from middle area. In all attacks defenders must start on edge of box then recover or press at correct times.Once 3 attacks completed all players switch with blues defending yellows serving, whites attacking.This continues to allow all players opportunity to defend & attack.

Technical / tactical points, Full backs prevent cross if possible , other 2 defenders start in space zonal one near post from far post, then attack ball press players who come into those zones, watch flight of ball & react. Narrow off to defend central attacks.
