Organization:

2 line on opposing ends
Instructions:
Players on outside will try to beat defender in box
5 - points go stright through
1 - point to go to the outside
Defender will change spots when they win the ball
Coaching Points:
Touch every step, pinky toe, head up - when defenders are close
Big touches in space, head up after every touch, take ball in stride (when space is available)
Heads up to observe space and options
Use body feint to create space
Progressions/Regressions:
Pr- Players can only go out one side (left or right )
Re- Increase the box size / or decrease the line spaec

2 grids - 3 teams in each

Team 1 - red
Team 2 -yellow
Team 3 - black
Instructions:
Ball will start in middle - Players can attack either direction - They can not shoot until they are in the final zone
- When defense wins posession they attack the opposite direction
If goal is scored team stays and defense then affatacks opposite end
3minute rounds
Teams will add points to find winner
Coaching Points:
1- Quality of penetrating pass
2- Space and timing of movemen on and off the ball
3- Heads up to find space
Progressions/Regressions:
Prog: players cannot use the same surface two times in the row
Prog: Players should split 2 players from different color every time they pass the ball
