Organization: 3v3
Instructions: Only 2 defenders can be on one side of the white line at the same time. If one team shoots and it either goes in or behind the goal, they stay on as defenders with the other team coming on with a ball.

Intro (15 mins)
Organization: 1v1 Defending. 4 rectangular boxes. 3 players in each box. 1 attacker, 1 defender on opposite endline. 1 player rests behind attacker.
Instructions: Attacker plays the ball to defender, defender plays the ball back to attacker, then attacker tries to beat defender to opposite endline. If the attacker gets to the endline, it's a point. If defender wins the ball then it's a point. Rotate Attacker to defender, defender to rest, rest player to attacker.
