- when a goal is scored, scoring team takes another ball from their own goal and re-attacks immediately.
- defending team re-groups and try's to win ball back quickly in order to not concede two goals against in a row.
Coaching points:
encourage fast play throughout the game at kick ins and goal kicks.
Defending team to close opposition down quick and attacking team to look for fast play to attack

Both teams to have balls in their goal
- When attacking team scores, all players have to run back and touch their own cross bar. No player to attempt a tackle or look for a pass until they touch the cross bar of their own goal.
- Defending team takes a ball out of their own goal and immediately aims to attack the opposition team at fast pace.
Coaching points:
transition play to be done quickly and encourage fast press
players to become dynamic and fill in whole of their pitch, shape is lost and it should be encouraged for players to look for safe space when attacking outwith their zone creating creativity.

6 cones around pitch. one ball on each cone
- When attacking team scores, they re-start by taking a ball off any cone and attack quickly again.
- defending team have to take ball that has been scored with and replace it on a cone. Creating a quick 4v3 scenario.
- advanced option:
any missed shot has to be retrieved onto a cone and defending team attacks with a new ball and transition occurs.
Coaching points:
transition play to be done quickly and encourage fast press
Lots of space is created due to nature of game. encourage a dribble and set up play in order to benefit from any extra man advantage
