4 v 4 to endzone. Add in 2 wide neutrals if needed for numbers
Teams score by passing into the endzone. 2 points for central endzone, 1 point for central endzone. 2 points for receiving in wide zone and passing in to middle zone andreceived by team-mate
Coaching points:
- Game Triggers for combinations
1. Underlap ( Pressure from the side / Receive with back foot)
2. Pass - set and spin ( Pressure on ball / Shallow to receive and draw defender)
3. Up - back - through (Backwards set means forward run)
- Body position to receive
- Where is the pressure?
- Where do we want to exploit...HOW can we do it?

Ball Each with cones (15 mins)
Players are dribbling in the grid performing a variety of ball mastery tasks (toe taps , boxes, foundations). Add competition in if needed (1st to 20 etc)
Add in Relay activity into the ball each (Teams of 3 take turns to move to footwork / dribble in and out of cones on outside of grid)
Skill Move : Scissors / Double scissors
- They then try to do a skill move at the cone (competition)
