Barcelona - Warm-up

- 15 players

- Place players in into 3 different colored bibs (Yellow, Blue, Red)

- All players with a ball each at their feet

1. Players at the start of the line begin by dribbling anywhere to another line of players. The players in that line have to wait until a player dribbles to their line before that player can go and take off.

2. Same as above - Players now do a Feinting movement as they dribble out then change direction and move to another line of players.

3. Same as above - Players now can ONLY dribble to a LINE with a player of the same color in that line.

4. Progresion: 2 Balls Only

- Players now Pass and Move using Two Touch

- Add 3 Balls

Barcelona - Passing and Finishing

- 2-3 Players for 5 Lines

- 2 Balls used during this part simultaneously

- 1 player only starts at the Shooting Position.When the player receives a pass they get to Finish on the goalkeeper.

- The player that plays into the player at shooting position moves into his spot and 2 balls are continually being passed 2 touch.
